I have raved about your product to many of my friends. When I tell them what your software does, they always ask me to write down the name of your product. I like the fact that I can get screen prints of web pages they visit and all chat messages, both incoming and outoing.
The feature of capturing every keystroke comes in handy too. It is especially advantageous that you can set the screen captures to your time frame to allow a more constant coverage or minimal coverage based on your childs surfing. I have found that as my son has aged, I can increase the screen capture images from 30 seconds to 90 seconds.
But my biggest recommendation for your product is your execellent, top-notch, over the top technical support. From day one when I first purchased PC Tattetale I was amazed at the response that I received if I ever encountered a problem!
Upon my first installation, I had problems with it capturing screen shots. I went online and posted my problem. I didn’t get a email back telling me how to fix the problem…I received a personal telephone call from one of your staff.
That is what I call customer service that goes above and beyond! It has continued over the years. When I have got a new computer and had to reinstall PC Tattletale, you were there. When my antivirus software kept deleting the program when I did my weekly scans, you were there. Your product is great, but your technical support is even greater! I will keep spreading the word about PC Tattletale!”
